Expansion of Master Scheduler responsibilities to incorporate monthly forecast development through collaboration with Sales and Marketing. Project manage all procurement and planning activities related to the launch and maintenance of mobile phone projects with volumes ranging from 1 to 5 million units. Estimate material cost and set cost targets, set and achieve budget, plan and ensure vendor capacity and tooling. Control prototype material drive and tooling budget. Set inventory and flexibility strategy. Coordinate the activities of the development, sourcing and quality organizations with vendors and manufacturing facilities across a global supply chain.

Developed and maintained the supply base for an FDA regulated product line with strict UL requirements. Selected suppliers and led negotiation of price and terms. Led improvement projects. Ensured capacity and on-going supply. Determined safety stock levels and created forecasts. Drove process improvements and corrective action.

Managed a $56 million annual supply of various commodities included plastic housings, hardware and optical cards. Reduced cost of supply with a focus on PPV. Managed supply verses demand. Coordinated materials activities during transfer of manufacturing lines. Reported and committed to the customer’s executive level management.

Commodity Manager Controlled a $70 million annual supply of optical drives supporting multiple manufacturing facilities. Balanced supply and demand, managed inventory levels and turns. Minimized dollars spent to ensure supply. Direct Fulfillment Manager Directed 30+ corporate and government accounts from product development through completion of the relationship.
