Managed purchase orders and materials procurement, ensuring accurate costing and updates across the full PO lifecycle. Coordinated with domestic and overseas vendors for timely production, shipping logistics, and on-time delivery. Directed preproduction (PP) samples, enforced quality assurance, and ensured requirements were met before shipment. Maintained and updated T&A calendars, supported project scheduling, and proactively followed up on production milestones. Worked cross- functionally with sales, planning, marketing, and compliance. ● Operated pre-treatment machinery and lab equipment ● Worked in the Industry General laboratory, prepared lab dip, used Light Box to match with the swatch under different light sources (D65, UV, TL-84), Operated XENON ARC Light fastness Tester. ● also worked with Elmendorf Tear Cutter, executed Tensile Strength of the fabric samples using method ASTM D50341. ● Run Abrasion and pilling test on Fabric Sample, Operated Crock meter for Rubbing fastness test. ● Conducted quality control and checks to ensure that final products meet clients’ expectations and industry standards - International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC) ● Tested pre-production samples in labs to ensure that client’s orders are met and executed to their preferences. ● Assisted with troubleshooting and solving mechanical issues. ● Dyed fabrics using methods such as Cold-Pad-Batch Dyeing Method (CPB) and Thermos Dyeing Method
