I am currently part of the IT & Cybersecurity team at Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor (Johor Port Authority), where I provide technical support and contribute to maintaining the organization’s digital infrastructure. My responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts and access permissions, and assisting in the implementation of cybersecurity controls to ensure data protection and system reliability. I am actively involved in two major system enhancement projects, where I focus on gathering user requirements, analyzing system gaps, coordinating with stakeholders, and testing improved system functionalities before deployment. In addition, I support documentation and reporting processes, assist in IT asset management, and contribute to initiatives that promote cybersecurity awareness and compliance across departments. Through these responsibilities, I continue to strengthen my technical, analytical, and communication skills while supporting LPJ’s digital transformation efforts.
