Teach "Strategic Leadership" course.

Reporting directly to the CEO, accountable for the successful development and engagement of hospital leaders, physician leaders and staff, as well as resulting organizational performance. Within 18 months, the hospital led its division in employee engagement (94% were satisfied with Rose as a place to work), ranked #4 out of ~150 HCA hospitals in patient satisfaction, and nursing turnover dropped 63%.
