As Architectural Designer & Project Coordinator for Tress Lounge by L’Oréal, I’ve led the design and rollout of premium salon interiors across Ontario, including the flagship location at Mayfield Road, Brampton and Web Drive, Mississauga. From concept planning to site execution, I’ve overseen layouts, building permits, vendor coordination, and brand integration. My work combines creative spatial design with practical execution, aligning with Ontario Building Code and L’Oréal’s global branding. I’ve reduced project timelines, developed standardized templates, and ensured code compliance while delivering high-end client experiences.

As a Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator at ADCM Consultants, I led the renovation of hotel properties in Brampton and Guelph from demolition to final handover. Full-floor and suite renovations including demolition, structural updates (if any), MEP reconfigurations, and modern interior upgrades. I worked closely with consultants, contractors, and inspectors to ensure the projects adhered to design, safety, and code standards. My role included supervising all on-site activity, coordinating with all trades, managing schedules, site logistics, material deliveries and maintaining detailed progress documentation. I played a key role in maintaining construction quality, a safe and minimally disruptive environment while keeping the hotels operational during renovation. Delivered projects within target timelines and approved budgets. Introduced a tracking system that improved subcontractor accountability and workflow documentation.

At FRASCA Design & Planning Inc., I contributed to a wide range of residential and commercial projects, from conceptual development to construction documentation. My role involved preparing detailed working drawings, building code compliance reviews, and coordination with consultants and municipal authorities. I supported permit application processes and developed full drawing sets using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring precision and clarity across all disciplines. I collaborated with architects, engineers, and planners to resolve design and construction challenges, while maintaining strong documentation and communication workflows. I regularly interpreted OBC and zoning by-laws to ensure regulatory compliance and played an active role in client presentations and site coordination. Key responsibilities included: Preparing architectural drawing packages for permit and construction Conducting zoning research and site analysis reports Coordinating with structural, HVAC, and electrical consultants Reviewing redlines and updating technical details per OBC requirements Supporting planning submissions and development applications This role deepened my expertise in Ontario building practices and enhanced my ability to manage technical deliverables from early design through construction.

Worked on a range of large-scale and high-profile projects including Social City (116-acre township) and Bhartiya City School (1.68-acre open concept school) in Bengaluru, as well as the Chairman’s Farmhouse (2.63 acres) and Lotus Towers (100,000 sq.ft commercial refurbishment) in New Delhi. My role involved developing design proposals, concept sketches, and 3D models to evaluate space aesthetics and prepare feasibility reports. I compiled architectural plans, material specifications, and cost estimates, especially for affordable housing initiatives. Collaborated closely with structural, HVAC, electrical, and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration of all systems. Conducted regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure code and design compliance, and coordinated activity schedules with contractors and vendors. I also performed risk analysis and provided actionable solutions to avoid delays and cost overruns, while preparing weekly progress reports to keep projects on track and within deadlines.

Contributed to the design and execution of key residential and institutional projects including Kasa Isles by Jaypee Group (Greater Noida), Sovereign Park by Vatika Group (Gurgaon), and Unison University (Dehradun). Assisted in schematic design and space planning of 3BHK, 4BHK, and penthouse layouts, while producing detailed working drawings and 3D visuals for timely on-site execution. Focused on classical architectural detailing and interior designs for high-end apartments, developing room-wise concepts and custom furniture layouts. Prepared comprehensive construction drawing sets, including electrical, HVAC, and MEP coordination. Conducted regular site visits, provided on-site technical clarifications, and managed RFIs to minimize delays. Independently handled basement detailing, including blower room, STP, and water tank layouts, ensuring precision and service integration during later stages of project development.

As an Architecture Intern, I supported the design team in developing conceptual proposals, presentation drawings, and detailed architectural plans. I contributed to schematic layouts for residential and institutional projects, assisted in preparing 3D visuals and renderings, and worked on construction documents under the guidance of senior architects. My responsibilities included drafting interior layouts, preparing electrical and HVAC plans, and coordinating with consultants for MEP integration. I also participated in site visits to understand construction processes, document progress, and assist in issuing design clarifications. This internship enhanced my technical skills, deepened my understanding of project workflows, and strengthened my ability to contribute to real-world design challenges.
