Role entails taking on enquiries and leads for residential investment loans, collecting and analysing the information provided from potential borrowers, and subsequently putting together a credit application to submit to the Bank’s underwriters. Post-sanction work includes engaging with valuation firms to conduct property inspections and coordinate with the Bank’s solicitors to ensure all necessary legal work is completed. The role requires me to liaise with different stakeholders within the Bank, including the Bank’s underwriters, the operations teams, securities teams and the store network. Post-completion, I am a point of contact for our customer as part of the relationship management team.

Provided note taking and logging services for regulatory hearings at the Nursing & Midwifery Council, the Health Care & Professionals Council, the Competition Commission and Deutsche Bank.

Responsible for calling respondents, both known and unknown, on behalf of clients to convince them to partake in market research.
