* Prepare lesson plans according to the EYFS system * Prepare lesson materials for children to explore, manipulate and use during playgroup lessons * Organise and lead activities such as games, music, arts and crafts and stories, which are designed to promote the child’s physical, mental and social development. * Establish constructive relationships with parents and caregivers, exchanging information regarding how each activity aids their child’s development, how to communicate with their child and how to solve any child-care problems they may have. * Observe and evaluate each child’s behaviour, social development, physical health and performance within the class. * Provide regular reports to parents highlighting updates and information about their child’s progress

* Teaching basic English language skills to beginner level students whilst simultaneously offering insight into the Western culture. * Implementing different teaching methods and activities to enable the involvement all of the students in active learning regardless of their personal English abilities. * Being organised in regards to materials and lesson planning ahead of time to ensure a coherent and comprehensive lesson. * Working along side other teachers in the preparation and teaching of classes thus requiring skills related to teamwork. * Being a support and guide to the students in their endeavor of acquiring English as a second language.

* Teaching English and mathematics to learners of different ages and abilities. * Implementing different activities to suit the needs of each individual student. * Being solely accountable for the students' behavior and success regarding their learning. * Organising and preparing lessons for each child in the class due to one class being comprised of children with different ages and abilities.
