Sales engineer with a formworks supplier company, I am responsible for visiting the clients, built a good relation with them, getting inquiries and keep following up with them until get the LPO. I have an experience in designing, preparing offers, materials assembly at the site, site inspections, release NOC letters, in addition, I am experienced at checking the BNC application and preparing weekly schedule for visiting and make reports, arrange the sites with priority. Responsibilities: • Partner with sales executives to conceptualize, develop, and close strategic deals in complex sales cycles. • Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity. • Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions. • Effectively communicate client needs to the design team. • Deliver technical product demonstrations that directly address customer needs and emphasize the company’s outstanding value proposition. • Collaborate with cross functional teams to exchange knowledge and experiences by improving sales and customer satisfaction. • Generated new leads by cold calling target businesses and networking with industry professionals, partners, and resellers.

1. Evaluating Formwork & Scaffold Design needs for each project according to stock availability. 2. Controlling materials delivery for each client as per site needs and accord-ing to contract clause 3. Estimating material cost and providing material lists for quotations and de-liveries. 4. Supervise design, erection and dismantling of all types of formwork from different suppliers (Doka, Peri). 4. Develop training program to the formwork department and arranging train-ing facility to them with coordination of Admin Department. 5. Preparing detailed fabrication drawing for standard and non-standard form-work component. 6.Communicate with different Formwork & Scaffolding suppliers about mate-rials need based on project specifications. 7. Developing formwork products. 8.Providing analysis, design, calculations and material lists for various formwork & scaffolding systems like Single side wall, double side (core walls, water tank walls), columns, slab flex, table, panel and shoring systems, core wall climbing solutions,facade scaffolding, access scaffolding, tube & coupler scaffold etc. and consequently getting the consultant approvals for the designs.

I worked as a site engineer, and I got a very good experience in finishing and general building maintenance work.
