Directing and optimizing the complete gold processing flowsheet encompassing Crushing, Grinding (Ball Mill), Cyanide Leaching, CIP, Elution/Stripping, Electrowinning, Smelting, and Carbon Reactivation, with a strong focus on process optimization, metallurgical recovery improvement, reagent consumption control, and plant performance enhancement. Providing leadership to plant, maintenance, and metallurgical laboratory teams; heading Metallurgical Laboratory operations including Fire Assay (Gravimetric Finish) and process reconciliation, overseeing Activated Carbon performance and ASTM-based testing (K-Value, R-Value, Ball Pan Hardness), and serving as Technical Manager for NABL accreditation (ISO/IEC 17025:2017) of the Gold Analysis Laboratory.

In my role at Essel Mining and Industries Limited, I leveraged my extensive experience in iron beneficiation to optimize plant efficiency and productivity. I was responsible for monitoring process deviations and ensuring the implementation of robust control systems. My expertise in various stages of the beneficiation process allowed me to contribute significantly to the plant's operational excellence.

I have a wealth of experience in the control and monitoring of process deviations in iron beneficiation plant with this extensive knowledge I have the responsibility in optimizing the efficiency and productivity of this plant. I am well versed in the various stages of the beneficiation process which includes ALLFLUX, ALLJIG, Ball mill, Rod mill, Filter press (Concentrate, Tailing), WHIMS, Thickener, Scrubber, Banana screen. My experience also extends to the implementation and maintenance of process control system ensuring that the plant operates within specified limits and delivers consistent and high-quality outputs.

Working on various aspect of project starting from plant commissioning and installation, having hands-on experience on the processing equipment including Jaw Crusher, Cone crusher, Ball Mill, Blade Mill, Clay Washer, High Pressure. Grinding Rolls (HPGR), Banana screen, MIMS, Paste Thickener, Vertical Plate Pressure Filter & Horizontal Belt Filter. Involved in improvement of wiring block diagram of DCS systems. Also, worked in monitoring and maintenance of all the operations in plant by identifying any abnormal operating equipment conditions. Responsible for a role to work on piping installation and erection of equipment as per PI&D procedure.

In my role as a Mineral Engineer at African Industries Group, I was integral to the commissioning and installation of processing equipment for an iron ore beneficiation project. I actively contributed to the improvement of DCS wiring block diagrams and ensured optimal plant operations through diligent monitoring and maintenance. My hands-on experience with various processing equipment enhanced operational efficiency and safety standards.

Worked in the Operation and Maintenance Department, dealing with the mineral processing and material handling equipment like scrubber, Screw Classifier, Jigging, WHIMS, horizontal Belt Filter, Ball Mill, Rod Mill, Hydrocyclone, Thickener, Belt Conveyor, Apron Feeder etc. My responsibilities included assessing of iron ore processing circuit and process, sampling of the ore and conducting chemical analysis in the laboratory.

In my role at SARDA MINES PRIVATE LIMITED, I was integral to the Operation and Maintenance Department, where I specialized in mineral processing and material handling. My responsibilities included assessing iron ore processing circuits and performing chemical analyses on ore samples. This experience allowed me to work with various equipment, enhancing my technical skills and understanding of the industry.

I had the opportunity to work at Star Trace Private Ltd, where I focused on copper ore tailings beneficiation. • Processed mineral equipment to recover precious metals, enhancing my technical expertise in mineral processing. • Analyzed gold grades in copper ore tailings through fire assay methods, strengthening my laboratory skills. • Collaborated with a team of engineers to improve recovery processes and operational efficiency.
