*  Evaluate performance & monitoring promotion activities and hiring process. *  Handling Hiring &Administration, & achieving increased hiring growth Meerut region and UP. *  Managing a team ,provide training and motivating them. *  Implementing periodic business plans & strategies, in coordination with macro plans of organization. *  Maintain a flawless communication with the employees; ensure timely resolution of employee grievances and harmonious working environment at all levels *  Handle material procurement related functions through local purchase and through supply/ execution contracts including procurement of capital equipment’s and preparing purchase bills.

*  Handling Hiring & marketing operations, & achieving increased hiring growth New Delhi region and UP. *  Managing a team of 6 executives,’ training and motivating them. *  Monitoring the performance of competitor's products. *  Responsible for generating new clients & retain existing one.

* On Boarding the employees: Taking care of entire joining formalities- with completion of their documents on Company Portal, Provide PS. No and the E-mail ID’s, Updating their status in Hirecraft. * Attendance Leave Management: Handling attendance issue of more than 2000+ Employees, Resolve the query of employees related to their leaves while marking on Portal. * HR Operations: Handle Employee Database, File management, Employee Confirmation, Handling company portal. * Grievance Handling- Handling Employee and concerns by taking proactive steps to ensure resolution of Grievance. * Exit Formalities- Handling exit process, taking care of their Full and Final settlement and coordinating with HO for the same * Business Support- Co-ordination and follow ups with the Regional HR's for all the aspects like new hires, terminations, absconding, data changes, transfer cases, Confirmations etc.
