Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting faults across all network elements, including radio and transmission systems (GSM, UMTS, LTE). Diagnosing and documenting incidents involving core network components, including RBSs, BTSs, MSCs, RNCs, BSCs, HLRs, SCPs, repeaters, Minilinks, servers, environmental systems, and IT infrastructure. Initiating tickets for detected incidents and coordinating with subcontractors or relevant maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution.
