Resposiblities &Achievements: -Follow and confirm monthly target as agreed forecast of S&OP process with demand planning team. -Manage Supply Plan for Domestic,subsidiaries and Export markets on monthly basis -Lead the Planning team to create monthly MPS and MRP processes to Achieve confirmed target. -Ensure Stock optimization for FGs and RPMs within agreed target and Quality situation to get service level. -Follow up Raw material Supply situation with Purchasing and logistics teams to ensure material avaialbilty. -Arrange weekly production plan within agreed target and rated Capacities for Production lines and WH status -Follow up sales In&Out of FGs with sales and Customer service teams to take actions accordingly.

- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products - Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay - Schedule shift according to production needs - Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget - Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of Achievement etc.) - Prepare and submit status and performance reports -Schedule the supply of materials (Local &Foreign) to meet production requirements and minimum safety stock levels -Plan, develop, implement and evaluate processes for material delivery from supplier to point of fit - Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions -Day-to-day order management and management of deliveries - Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule -Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production -Utilize SAP Material Requirements planning system (MRP) and ensure that data is accurate and up to date and resolve any issues as required -Monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy -Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy -Minimize obsolete stock and ensure business is left with minimum liability -Create regular statistical reports and analysis and update others in the organization

-Preparing master (Baseline) & detailed construction schedule. -Studying Project Contract To get it's requirements of Manpower(Direct&Indirect),Equipment to make a forecast Budget for the whole of the project. -Prepare Monthly Cost Report to Compare between cumulative cash out and cash in. -Involved in the invoicing process. -Prepare(Daily,weekly and monthly)report for work activities,manpower and Equipment . -Estimate Progress work Progress along Project duration with The Site T.O. -Monitoring work Progress .

-i was certified as Brakes system team member who participated in Formula Student Combustion in August 2015 at the Hockenheim ring. - Also I took part in designing , manufacturing and selecting parts of Suspension system( front and rear Hubs&spindles ,Wheel rims).
