Implemented and administrated Solidworks PDM Designed and assembled Inverse Gamma Source experiment at Brookhaven National Lab's Accelerator Test Facility Oversaw testing of fiber optic components for initial design phase of the Fiber Mesh Diagnostic.

Designed, created drawings, and manufactured automated device for Sweeney Dust Hit production. Learned to work with the following machinery: Mill, CNC Plasma Cutter, Sheet Metal Cutter, and Sheet Metal Bender. Created assembly drawings, including bills of materials and detail drawings, for the manufacturing of gas and electric fans for special effects wind storms. Utilized Solidworks 2009, SolidWorks Simulation, Plate ‘n’ Sheet, and MS Office.

Performed stress tests on final product to ensure catheter's minimum quality standards were met. Implemented and trained others in the use of tablets and tablet software to optimize the ECO process. Audited calibration, ECO, and Gage R&R procedures and followed through with any necessary CAPA. Wrote detailed reports to explain performed tests for 510k submissions. Utilized Solidworks 2008, Max Database, PDM, and MS Office.

Engineer in Fellowship Created detail drawings of sheet metal check valve molds for the manufacturing of both flanged and clamp on style check valves. Created programs to aid and instruct customers in the installation of their purchased check valves. Utilized AutoCAD 2006, Plate 'n' Sheet, and Bloodshed C++ Compiler.
