Delivering high energy classes across three methods including Reform's signature class the 'Reform Method' which is 50 minutes of intense strength and conditioning exercises incorporating some pilates-inspired movements performed on the famous Lagree 'Megaformer' machine. Other classes include 'TRX Athletica' and our most recent class. 'MicroForm' which uses the latest Lagree Microformer and combines cardio with elements of our Reform Method class. Expect mixing the MicroForm with HIIT, Barre, TRX, Kettlebells or just pure body weight.
