Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the training and development function from a non-technical perspective for the Canadian region. This is a hands-on role, required to take the lead in the implementation of all center-led initiatives such as the Competence Assurance Process, non-technical training and onboarding of employees, providing both direction and strong guidance to the Training and Development team and to the Business. Required to provide consultancy along with strong project management in support of training and development initiatives, define the scope and scalability of implementations and will ensure Regional alignment of centre-led initiatives.
