Working with a small group of professionals from different industries to capture current trends in hiring and job seeking to create a cost effective, inclusive professional job search service. Responsible for the review of job seeker qualifications versus market skills necessary to obtain employment in desired industry. Builds applicant resources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport of clientele. Revision of job seeking documents including but not limited to resumes, cover letters, CVs, interview skills and preparations. Additional duties include marketing and sales of the business as well as garnering new clientele. It should be noted that Resume Rehab’s business plan for fees is based on consumer fund availability- customers are charged what they can afford and in many cases the work is done pro bono.

Multi-location and multi-departmental monitoring of all billing functions and reports. Maintenance of billing software. Development and training and instruction for all departments in all branches for the quality assurance process relative to billing, collections, and adjustments. Investigation of delinquent accounts and difficult claims. Creation of policies and procedures regarding the companies billing department. Other duties include interviewing prospective employees, payroll, corporate reporting, A/R trends, monitoring deposits, as well as projecting revenue.

Spearheaded full spectrum of business operations of a Tulsa-based multi-location facility home medical supply organization inclusive of business plan development, legal and regulatory compliance, profit maximization, staffing, payroll, accounting, A/R, A/P, employee relations, and customer service. Applied dynamic leadership talents toward hiring, training, coaching, supervising and directing personnel. Frequently review all business expenses including occupancy costs, personnel costs and operating costs to identify areas for expense reduction. Directed, motivated, supervised and empowered up to 20 hourly and salaried employees at multiple locations.

Managed daily operation of home medical supply billing center, including hiring/firing and scheduling for 32 full-time and part-time personnel, new hire training, reconciliation and corporate reporting.
