* Advised Director of Member Education and Manager of New Member Orientation. * Assisted with development and implementation of New Member Education program and events. * Acted as liaison between Alpha Phi International and Eta Upsilon Chapter.

* Supervised, trained, advised and evaluated 3 Resident Advisors, 1 Senior Lead Resident Advisor and 10 Office Assistants in an upper class apartment living community housing 280 residents. * Shared responsibility for “on-call” duty coverage for 1700 residents; responded to medical emergencies, drug and alcohol violations, and roommate conflicts. * Mediated individual and group conflicts; addressed and referred student psychological issues and behavioral concerns. * Served as an Administrative Conduct Officer. * Managed $20,000 hall budget and oversaw administrative processes such as key management, health and safety checks, room changes and damage billing. * Facilitated RA training sessions. * Served on numerous professional staff member search committees. * Developed and implemented Resident Advisor Internship Program.

* Assisted in developing workshops catered to group project teams for university classes; emphasizing the significance of one’s individual skills in the success of a team effort through experiential learning exercises and team development meetings. * Co-facilitated workshops reaching over 15 classrooms and 600 students.

* Supervised and evaluated 23 orientation leaders as a part of the supervisory team. * Developed and presented training sessions for orientation leaders. * Provided logistical support during First-year and Transfer orientation sessions, serving 7,000 students and family members. * Served as the on-site supervisor during Dixon Recreation Night Event.

* Participated in StrengthsQuest Facilitator Training * developed and facilitated StrengthsQuest workshop for RA staff. * Restructured and facilitated Community Living Workshops as an educational sanction for low level housing violations. * Took Group Dynamics and Facilitation course * critically examined and proposed changes to curriculum.
