Tara Leja

I am a Partner in RSM's Financial Consulting practice and serve as the Nonprofit Sector Leader for RSM. With over 25 years of accounting and consulting experience, I am passionate about helping organizations with accounting and technology solutions that help them better execute on their mission. I have supported numerous nonprofit organizations through finance transformations, system implementations, process improvements, and compliance requirements. I also hold several growth roles, including within our outsourced finance and accounting solutions and within the Illinois and Wisconsin market. In these roles, I focus on ensuring that our teams are well connected around our consulting services, and in how we meet client needs. I am dedicated to ensuring that organizations are achieving optimal results that make a significant impact in their communities.
