Heat Integration in Value Added Product Plant * Conducted heat integration using Aspen HYSYS at different locations of Liquified Petroleum Gas(LPG) Plant * Discovered the most implementable and cost effective heat integration scheme for minimum modifications in plant * The results showed an increase in LPG production

Quality Improvement using Data Analysis * Process improvement in Fibre Production process using Cause and Effect Diagrams, Root Cause Analysis and Statistical Process Control 2.Worked in areas of Transport Phenomena, Heat Transfer and Rheology in the Pulp and Fibre Department * Modeled and simulated Non-Newtonian fluid flow using ANSYS Fluent
