Handling end to end coordination of employee accommodation cab service and vehicle for material pickup. Supporting day to day HR tasks including employee records, onboarding and documentation. Maintaining accurate employee data in personal files such as appointment letter, confirmation and promotion. Coordinating for employee attendance and leave record. Solving workers issues such as providing monthly salary slips and PF related queries. Supporting in interview scheduling. Conducting employee onboarding and orientation. Conducting monthly employee engagement initiatives. Conducting monthly training programmes. Coordinate with vendors to provide pantry material and ensure timely delivery. Ensuring vendor invoice processing. Responsible for planning and coordinating arrangements for quarterly party. Sourcing CV's from Naukri portal and doing 1st level screening.

•Maintain and update employee records(hard and digital copies) •Assist in recruitment process including scheduling interviews , and candidate communication •Support onboarding and offboarding process. •Prepare HR related reports as requested. •Manage leave, attendance and absence tracking •Respond to HR queries regarding HR policies •Support training and development initiatives.
