As Director of Mentorship and Projects at WITS+, I lead initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for students to grow their technical, professional, and leadership skills. I help coordinate mentorship programs, collaborative projects, and community-building efforts that connect members with peers, mentors, and industry experiences. Through this role, I contribute to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for women and underrepresented groups in technology.

Contributed to daily retail operations at Abercrombie & Fitch by providing customer support, maintaining visual and merchandising standards, and helping create a positive brand experience in-store. Developed strong skills in communication, collaboration, adaptability, and customer engagement in a high-energy environment.

As Director of Design, I lead the visual branding and creative direction for Western Tech for Social Impact. I’ve worked on designing and refining websites, creating UI/UX drafts, and cleaning up layouts to improve user experience and consistency. I collaborate closely with developers and project leads to bring concepts to life, while also mentoring new design members and contributing to design workshops and strategy sessions.

– Audited 5+ core service pages by conducting structured user research and synthesizing navigation data to identify 3 high-priority usability gaps, producing a prioritized recommendations report delivered to organizational leadership within a 4-week timeline – Restructured 20+ content sections by re-mapping the site’s information architecture based on analytical findings, reducing friction on key service pages and producing a cleaner, more intuitive user flow – Communicated all data-backed findings directly to non-technical stakeholders through a structured presentation, translating technical analysis into accessible business language to secure full sign-off on proposed changes
