* Geeking out writing Clojure full time on a globally distributed team. Just a few projects I helped to design, deliver and support: * Atomist Slack bot that brings relevant and actionable messages right where your team is * backend services that comprise Atomist automation platform (message queueing and delivery, GraphQL query engine, web-socket management, etc.) * Technologies I work with daily: Clojure!!!, kafka message streaming, ElasticSearch, Slack integration, numerous AWS services, TypeScript/node, etc. * Atomist has provided me an opportunity for continuous growth and improvement. There is no shortage of complex and interesting problems in my daily work, which I love.

* Leading a cross functional agile team delivering consumer facing web applications utilizing .NET 4.5, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, RESTful and SOAP based web services, MS SQL Server 2008, a variety of open source frameworks such as Castle Windsor Container/StructureMap, Rhino Mocks, MBUnit/NUnit, PostSharp, Dapper Micro ORM, NHibernate, Castle ActiveRecord, Fluent NHibernate, and others. Responsible for entire lifecycle from architecture and design to technical implementation, delivery to production and support * Design and implementation of enterprise frameworks such as application logging and exception handling, health status monitoring, cryptography, WCF/Web API integration, etc. * Extensive experience in Agile methodologies utilizing a variety of agile practices and techniques such as Continuous Integration (CI), TDD, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc. - Extensively using the following programming approaches and concepts: Dependency Injections/Inversion of Control * OO Design Patterns * SOLID principles * GRASP patters * SOA/REST.

* Leading a team consisting of both onshore and offshore software developers * Responsible for architecture, design, and technical delivery of complex enterprise scale solutions to one of our Healthcare clients * Participating in most phases of software lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis and design, implementation, testing, release to production and technical support * Utilizing combination of SDLC methodologies such as Agile, XP, SCRUM, and RUP * Participating in continuous process and methodology improvement as well as development of reusable components and frameworks * Specializing in Microsoft technologies

* I've decided to expand my horizons beyond Microsoft stack and dove head first into software development in Unix ecosystem. Some highlights: * Designing and implementing cloud based software solutions using Clojure as a primary language alongside some of the best Clojure developers in the industry; * Using the following tools/frameworks/languages: Clojure, Ruby, Postgresql, Hadoop, Impala, ElasticSearch, Linux (Ubuntu) OS * Working on a distributed agile team that involves remote pairing, continuous integration, TDD, participating in full SDLC from product architecture and design to deploying working systems to production and supporting live systems * Using 100% cloud based infrastructure: Amazon AWS: EC2, EB, RDS, EMR, S3, Docker, Vagrant, etc. * A few examples of projects I helped to deliver: real time event processing pipeline, batch event ingress, big data system improvements.
