* Stock control * Store trade in esculations * Processing of orders to go back to Pure * GRVing stock * Ensure stock received is accepted into warehouse on Pure within 48 hours of physical receipt. * Manage queries (incorrect documentation, shortages, damages, overs etc) within 48 hours. * Ensure stock accepted into warehouse is assessed and GRV'd on Syspro within 24 hours of being accepted into Warehouse on Pure. * Ensure Stock to be handed to Pure is recorded and checked and readied for handover to Pure Cage. * Ensure stock in Pure cage is rotated and checked into packages for invoicing to Pure within 96 hours of completion of assessment. * Ensure accuracy of GRV and invoice values according to Pure values (daily). * Ensure stock to be restored and refurbished is cleaned and readied within 96hours of GRV date * Manage supplies of stationery and notify warehouse manager when ordering is required * Weekly cycle counts of stock on hand and reporting to Exco * Daily report of GSX testing results / in store GSX compliance

To support the sales team by taking orders for processing, allocating and picking stock, invoicing and distributing invoices to warehouse for delivery, as well as processing of credits and emergency documents. Attend to customer queries and refer those beyond control to a person with authority. Responsibilities: Billing Customer Service Sales Support Office Administration

* Cost adjustments * Stock take adjustments * Consignment stock credit and rebills monthly. * Credit and rebills on all the invoices * Consolidated sales reporting * Forward sales reports to specific clients. * Sundry invoices * Upheld a close relationship with vendors and service centres. * Virtual and Physical Warehouse management * They are mainly used for credits and rebills warranties ect what gets adjusted on needs to be actioned before month end. * Virtual vendor credits. * Resolve internal and external escalations with the vendors and service centres. * Monthly meetings with JD group and Enure IT. * Assits with consumer act and CPA queries. * Assist with new process implementations. * Act as a Service provider linking the End User and the repair agent. * Meet with Repair Agents Monthly to discuss any concerns on either side.

* Internal Staff purchases / Demo units. * Internal stock Transfers between warehouses and branches. * Assign and validation of Stock. * Manage the return of faulty stock to suppliers * Manage stock rotations from massive retailers * Assist with credits to Customers * Part number adjustments. * Requesting stock adjustments using vendor credit notes * Loan report management * Stock on hand management * Managing aging stock * Assist the warehouse clerk with Bin management * Stock take * Assisting with variance report after stock counts * Dealing with DOA's and Shipments of damaged stock. * Leasing with the Product manager for write offs and Stock movement. * Work closely with the service centers.

* Achieve monthly targets * Stock management * Negotiating with PM’s for better pricing * Manage and create pricelist and specials * Customer facing * Placing orders / picking / and invoicing of stock. * Work closely with marketing for the latest marketing material * Stock rotation on shelfs * Manage customers returns * Process credits * Work closely with the cash office * Ensure all you transactions made on the pay point is documented * Ensure that the cash book is up to date and correspond. * Stock transfers * Ensure the shelves are presentable * Email new specials and pricing to marketing on a weekly basis * Ensure the customer data base is always up to date

* Service walk in customers * Assist with warranty swap-outs * Process Customer credits * Assist with customer collections * Manage warranty report on a daily basis * Transfer replacement stock from various warehouses

* Process online sales orders * Answering phones * Following up on customers deliveries * Follow up on customers payments ( assisting debtors ) * Forward specials to online database.

* Dealing with JD groups stores * Creating RMA’s for faulty stock to return * Arrange collection with the stores and courier * Arranging stock rotation * Processing orders

* Open new loan accounts * Work confirmation * Service walk in customers * Assessing client’s income and expenses. * Account recons and capturing of payments.

* Contact customers on a daily basis. * Fax / Email price lists to the customers. * Processing orders. * Keep customers details up to date. * Product Marketing
