Responsible for end to end recruitment from sourcing profiles, coordinating interviews, salary negotiations to the joining of the candidates. Primarily worked on Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Mobile Application Developer, Data Scientist, Computer Vision Engineer, Engineering Manager, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Marketing Manager, Content Writer, Product Manager etc. For the backend role the tech stack includes Java, Python, Golang, Node, .Net etc while for frontend, includes React, Redux, HTML, CSS, Angular, Javascript etc. Have hired candidates for both B2B & B2C sectors including fintech, blockchain, crypto, SAAS, e-commerce, Edtech etc. Familiar with using Github/Behance to source relevant profiles. Maintaining data for different profiles on a regular basis using excel sheets/ATS portals.

Primarily involved in hiring for technical positions including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack Developer etc. The tech stack involved Node, Python & Golang on the backend side while React, Redux, Angular on the frontend side. Handled end to end recruitment cycle from sourcing, interview aligning, salary negotiations, offer roll out & joining process.
