-Execute and drive the management of the strategic sourcing plan which in line with company strategy. -Responsible for all negotiations to achieve competitive rates for products and services and actively support the expediting activities in meeting production demands. -Strategic sourcing, alternate sourcing, and price negotiation to achieve stretched cost targets. -Drafting and finalising of contracts/agreements related to purchases of goods and services by working closely with company legal advisors. -Establish key performance metrics to ensure all the products and services are delivered in accordance to the technical spec, contract terms, quality and quantity required etc. -Ensure that all the sourcing activities are comply with the procedure and review and renew the contract timely. -Ensure that all procurement records are fully integrated with the ERP system and is timely maintained

-To handle procurement activities internationally (e.g. Singapore, Thailand, China, Belgium, and others) -To identify strategic suppliers that meet the company required quality, price, lead time, and supplier’s reputation -To be responsible for direct and indirect materials sourcing, purchasing and inventory control -To perform cost negotiation, quotation comparison and analysis -To liaise with logistics company to get the best price for shipment charges and also lead time for delivery -To communicate with custom officers by providing them the required details such as HS code, Form E, and catalogue in order to smooth the clearance and ensure timely delivery of orders List of key projects: 1. -Involved in client kick-off meeting with site inspection during project initial stage -To assist and align company business operation for ISO certificate auditing -To streamline and optimize quotation methods and procedures -To coordinate and update the project tracking for internal department and external principal -To manage other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management when required
