Devise and carry out a targeted research strategy - researching into the clients’ company and industry, competitors, and the geography. • Mapping the role as per given criterion, define position description and pitch document, with relevant insights on the entire hiring strategy. • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and external methods. • Research and develop recruiting leads and a sustainable candidate lead strategy. • Establishing the first point of contact with the prospective candidates, briefing them on the role by sharing insights into the role and organization. • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility. • Conducting confidential interviews and reference checks. • Facilitate the interviews and the negotiation process, through to its completion. • Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process. • Reaching out to prospects through cold calling, networking for referrals and developing an online network. • Extensive experience in working with International clients and candidates (worked on roles in the US, UK, and Europe).

A core member since the initiation of the CEA (Customer Experience Analytics) team to technically analyze the Opinion Lab customer errors. • Automated the database using SQL. • Automated the daily data visualization reports using Tableau. • Was a part of the interview loop 3 new team members. • Was a part of the loop to hire a manager for the CEA team. • Established CEA as a well- known team within the Engineering organization at Expedia.
