I used my previous food service experience and skills to obtain this position. I am looking to obtain a Student Manager position here in Fall 2017 in order to gain more experience in my field

This internship was mostly based on labor but also consisted of operating heavy machinery and calculating the outcome of certain things to achieve a better quality of products.

At Scotia-Glenville, I was responsible for cleaning half of an elementary school. I kept upkeep on supplies in bathrooms and made sure I kept the school clean. During the summer, my fellow coworkers and I “detail cleaned” the whole school. This consisted of waxing and stripping floors along with heavy detail cleaning of every part of the school.

Selling products to customers mentally and physically.

During the summers of 2013, 2014, and 2015 I worked at Scotia-Glenville School District as a summer help worker. I worked among a crew where we would heavy detail clean the whole building. This consisted of a lot of heavy lifting, waxing and stripping floors, and working numerous hours in each room to make sure they were really well cleaned and ready for the next school year.

As a dining hall server, I worked at multiple stations but I primarily worked on the demonstration table where I would prepared a different special dish every night. On the demonstration table, I looked to make the best tasting and the best looking dish. I was always looking to improve at this job and it has given me the mentality to always do my best and do better than the previous.

As a special events server, I worked as a waiter and worked on a buffet. I was responsible for making sure all the food was filled and all the guest were satisfied.

Served as a soccer official where I mostly dealt with older teenagers and adults. I was held accountable for dealing with aggressive adults and teenagers. Similar to referring at CDYSL,

Served as a soccer official of ages 6 through 21. Held major responsibility in keeping players, staff, and the audience safe as well as holding people accountable to the rules of the game. While at CDYSL, I developed skills on how to communicate with people better I also learned how to make quick, smart decisions as fast as possible since it was needed in this fast-action sport.
