In my HR role, I drive the full recruitment and selection process to bring the right talent on board. I ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires and actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive, motivated, and growth-oriented workplace.

HR Intern – Raghu Vamsi Aerospace During my internship at Raghu Vamsi Aerospace, I actively contributed to core HR operations including employee onboarding, recruitment coordination, attendance monitoring, and training support. I assisted in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee onboarding documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between candidates and the HR team. I also helped in tracking daily attendance, coordinating overtime (OT) records, and supporting employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture. This internship gave me strong exposure to HRMIS tools, end-to-end recruitment processes, policy execution, and cross-department coordination in a manufacturing/aerospace environment.
