Support to project buyers in MEDSlovenija and other MAHLE plants and prototype shop in issue purchase orders to suppliers and take care of the in-time delivery. Responsible for arrange the transport to the company, preparing the needed documentation and coordinate the pick up process till the delivery. Taking care of the whole administration for Project purchasing department ( insert price lists, contracts,monthly working hours closing, organising meetings, opening the new suppliers in SAP system, take care od the posts, costs approval process,etc.).

Responsible for KD investments funds. Daily control of the calculation of the unit value for an individual fund ( control of general ledger,corporate actions,currency conversions, payments,withdrawals,...). Preparation of monthly reports for managament. Daily transfer of world stock eychange rates in to the system.

Product manager for GAS jeans. Responsible for: - completion of seasonal items ( spring-summer and fall- winter collection) - sales promotion to the costumers ( visiting customers two to three times per week for promotion the articles), - taking care of pricelists, preparation of delivery notes, solving the claims, issue purchase orders to the manufacturer, preparing declarations for the articles,...) - writing short news for fashion news papers - taking care of web-site sales - presentations of the new collections to the customers at the manifacturer place in Italy. Having common traings at the manufacturers place ( how to present the collection, to layout the articles in the mono shops and franchises, how the shops must looks like, etc.).
