My contributions are as follows: - Spearhead the import department by managing end-to-end import operations with involvement in 200+ shipments worth multibillion rupiah, including experience in “part of” shipment and re-export import conditions - Evaluate and negotiate with potential import agents for a cost-effective shipment option - Coordinate with 40+ core international suppliers mainly across Europe, local import agents, and internal logistics to manage document conformity, HS code classification, import clearance, and goods inbound timeline. - Handle import permits such as surveyor report, SNI exemption letter, and wood import permit, and review customs declaration documents to ensure compliance with government import regulations. - Manage payments planning and execution for suppliers, agents, and other import-related fees, ensuring accuracy and timely execution - Digitalize and compile import records from 2018 onwards, improving accessibility and accuracy in cost analysis and sales decision-making

My contributions are as follows: - Managed 11 high-profile commercial and residential clients with contracts worth a billion rupiah annually - Acted as primary liaison for said clients and company representative for all client-facing matters, cultivating relationships, trust, and client satisfaction - Led 10 professional personnel while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and oversaw day-to-day operations, which included maintenance operations, scheduling invoice issuance, and payment collection - Executed an in-depth analysis report on issues by identifying key problems and giving solution recommendations to ensure system effectiveness and reliability - Negotiated quotations and contract terms to ensure alignment on service expectations - Secured a pool systems project worth 210 million rupiah independently, managing project negotiations, pricing, and coordination with the owner, project manager, and other vendors - Simultaneously, effectively managed end-to-end import operations, showing high-level performance in a cross-functional leadership role
