As Head of Sustainability at Connected Energy, it has been my role to push our GHG accounting, Life Cycle Assessments and reduction strategies as a business, reporting both internally and externally. I have also continued to own our ISO Accreditations, deepening our Environmental Management System to include our new GHG metrics and goals, ensuring that they are understood across the business.

Working for an innovative SME, I have had the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects within the business. My main achievements included: - Leading the successful ISO 9001, 18001 and 45001 accreditation and processes, ensuring they are built into all levels of the business. - Project Management of two Innovate UK funded projects, RECOVAS and Data Validator, including resource planning, financial forecasting and monitoring, and external stakeholder reporting. - Management and organisation of the business' R&D Facility set-up at Hethel Engineering Centre, including contractor and supplier management. - Implementation and roll-out of SAP Business By Design ERP system cross-functionally. - IOSH Managing Safely Qualification - APM Project Fundamentals Qualification

Project Coordinator at Connected Energy providing project management and support to internal and externally funded projects (Innovate UK).

Administrative role in the customer services team processing sales, refunds and stocktake data into intranet and excel systems. As a member of the customer service team, we are the first point of contact for customers with queries, complaints and praise.

Shopfloor sales assistant at a department store delivering a personal shopping experience for each customer, developing relationships through the Loyalty and Account card schemes.

Sat on the Student Staff Liaison Committee to gather feedback from fellow Business Management students for both my second and third year of university.
