I am an experience apprenticeship delivery manager, having started in education as a work based learning assessor/IQA and worked my way up to management ensures that I understand fully all of the processes required with apprenticeship delivery. I am able to monitor data against targets and national benchmarks, ensure compliance with Ofsted and awarding body requirements. I am able to assist in preparation for OFSTED visits and also understand the quality requirements for apprenticeship documentation.
