Responsible for all Recruiting from Technical to Executive positions Interface with United States in order to understand the necessities Acting as headhunter for executives positions Contact to universities Establish the best practices to reach the candidates, mainly through social media and hunting process.

Responsible for all Recruiting area at Ericsson (technical, Specialists, Executives positions); Implementation of Recruiting and Selection Pool (such as Corporative area); Responsible for Intern and Trainee Programs; Team coordination Responsible for Welcome Program

Responsible for the contacts between clients and Ideea. Contacts with large companies, in order to present the company, prospecting clients; Responsible for starting the Recruiting process with the client, understanding the profile, interviews up to the project delivery; Acting as Headhunter for executive positions; Team coordination.

Implementation of the entire Recruitment and Selection area, defining processes and procedures. Recruitment and Selection for all levels, from operational to executive positions, defining search strategies, interviews until closing positions. Acting as a headhunter in specific or executive positions. Implementation of tools such as tests, evaluations, programs, controls, etc. Coordination of internal events; Implementation of training programs and assessments; Team coordination

Responsible for Recruiting and Selection also acting as "Headhunter", focused on IT (search for analysts, consultants, managers, Directors, CIO, CEO, CFO etc); Responsible for all Recruiting process up to delivery. Search for new clients; Contact with executives in Brazil and other countries to introduce the company and also to discuss about candidates/profiles; Responsible for providing training to the new Ideea consultants; Attend different events, on behalf of IDEEA Executive Search.

Specialized in Conferences, Seminars and In Company courses Development and Training Manager Development of researches in many different areas and segments of the market, in order to search for new subjects for conferences, seminars and short courses; Lecturers Selection; Responsible for all event organization; Responsible for providing training for new employees.
