I was responsible for the category of tank tops, t-shirts, and long sleeves for girls 7-14 yo, including: - Trend research and adaptation to the brand image, production capabilities and price range - Fabric and colours research - Technical documentation (PLM) for suppliers and in-house production - Collaboration with graphic designers (artwork), technicians (prints), and pattern makers (supervised fittings) - Assessed colour shades and quality of fabrics - Used various print and decoration techniques (sublimation, screenprint, digital print, embroidery, woven labels, rhinestones, sequins, embossed) Major achievements: - Developed 4 seasonal collections and defined the themes for capsule collections - 10+ bestsellers (with sales over 1000 items per week) - Coordinated creation of the Disney collection (licensed apparel) - Successfully collaborated with merchandisers and the purchasing department achieving sales targets
