About
I'm passionate about building a thriving organisational culture that drives business strategy and positively impacts the lives of colleagues, customers, climate and communities. In my current role as Head of Sustainability, I have the opportunity to lead on the Corporate Social Responsibility and Governance agenda of the organisation and also steer the Employee Volunteering and Employee Giving Initiatives. My career span of 25 years is spread across domains on HR Business Partnering, CSR & Sustainability, Learning & Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. I have worked with senior stakeholders and teams in India, the US and the UK, primarily in the financial, technology, and FMCG business sectors. Before beginning my corporate career, I worked with an international NGO affiliated with the UN called 'Initiatives of Change (IofC).' This worldwide movement of people from diverse cultures and backgrounds is dedicated to transforming society through changes in human motives and behavior, starting with their own. My unique experiences with IofC helped shape my professional ethics and influenced my career choices. All opinions expressed on this page are mine.
