Responsible for building an inhouse role-specific Learning Curriculum for individual contributors, managers, sr.individual contributors and manager of managers. Also designed and implemented frontline supervisor certification path, new hire training curriculum and induction programs. Overall responsible for content and facilitation upskilling for all pan-india in-house facilitators. Designed and facilitated TTT for facilitators. Instrumental in design and delivery of Learning Fair, a high visibility Branding initiative across all location of BOA, India. Led a team to deliver various local and global programs like- new hire on-boarding program, pre-process training, Campus graduate program, Education Policy Management, Informal Learning Forums and overall Behavioral and Leadership Curriculum

Worked with EDUCOMP - India's number one K-12 education company Role: Responsible for training teachers across schools in Gurgaon and Delhi in Pedagogy Practices - Inquiry based Learning, Multiple Intelligence, Critical and Creative thinking, Emotional intelligence, Questioning and Assessments. Responsible for ensuring consistent quality of session delivery by seven facilitators across various schools in Delhi/NCR through regular audits, feedback and upskilling routine.

Worked with’ Initiatives of Change International’, an NGO in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations Role: Responsible for organisining national level conferences and training programs for management students, school teachers, education think tanks and students workshops. Highlight - nominated as India program coordinator and participant for Action For Life (a 5 month international youth leadership program). Experience in contributing to some of the International Centres for Initiatives of Change in Switzerland, Manchester and London.
