David Tang

With over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry and accounting and finance professional services, I am a global finance leader who assists the owner and president of Cixing Group, a parent company of CW Bearing USA, with business strategy, reorganization, investor relations, acquisitions, and growth opportunities. As a board member of Drake Manufacturing, I started with a deep involvement in the post-acquisition integration and turnaround of the acquired business including overseeing financial reporting and presiding over the board meetings and management meetings. As a certified public accountant (CPA) and freshly graduate of Executive MBA, my core competencies include corporate finance, GAAP, FP&A, M&A, cross-culture leadership, and corporate controlling and compliance. I have a proven record of accomplishment of helping inbound and outbound Chinese investments expand their businesses globally, advising on tax, accounting, auditing, and due diligence matters, and facilitating cross-border transactions and partnerships. My mission is to create shareholder value, promote operational efficiency, and nurture change leadership within the management team. I am fluent in both English and Chinese and have an executive MBA from Stephen Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a master's degree in accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
