• Create, administrate, analyze and report all cycle counts and physical inventories • Ensure accuracy of all locations inventory and resolve all discrepancies • Completes all inventory clean-up actions • Maintain system accuracy for all KERO owned inventory • Identify any issues and recommend corrective action to improve inventory performance • Assist in department training and support KERO internal audit groups as requested

• Ensure the demand for materials, direct and indirect, to the warehouse area (Warehouse) • Take the materials from the warehouse area, I check the quantity of material delivered from the warehouse and record this transfer of scripted materials and in the ERP (Enterprise resource planning) system • Check the transactions in the ERP system: the correctness of the records in the system, the correspondence between the physical and the script quantity • Centralize data and information resulting from production processes: scrap, non-compliant materials , etc. • Operate specific transactions from the system completely, respecting the internal procedures and processes. • Responsible for preparing inventory activities from the production line. • Follow the material request transactions and the confirmation of the transaction execution: physical, scripted and informative. • Actively participate in ensuring the accuracy of stocks in the production line, according to internal processes. • Assure the availability of the materials necessary for the production, by all the means and the suitable means so that availability will be in optimum time and in standard conditions of quality.
