• Managing large group claims and ensuring that accurate information and instructions are obtained from clients and accurate records are maintained. • Reviewing purchase documents on the Liberate case management system and investigating conflicting information and data errors to populate client files with important information needed to progress the claim. • Answering court-ordered questions on behalf of clients before serving them to the defendant. • Identifying clients who can have their proceedings issued and identifying issues that may hinder their claim, such as limitations, change of identity, and capacity.

• Ensured that the necessary standard forms, precedents, and presentations were uploaded and maintained on the Mass Claims and Global Antitrust Litigation Group SharePoint. • Supported Knowledge Lawyers with creating webinars and presentations for clients, legal research, case summaries for the weekly newsletter, and other administrative tasks. • Assisting other users in conducting their searches, including directing them to the appropriate internal and external resources and responding to queries from lawyers in various practice groups and other business colleagues. • Keeping up with current awareness by following updates on legislation, regulations, and directives affecting my practice group
