Prepare the RFI, RFQ,RFP, Executive Summary and contract management. Identify high frequency service maintenance job to form a contract to achieve the cost saving. Negotiate with supplier on the pricing and contract term. Lead the team on the daily sourcing activities on the spare part and service and maintenance activities. Follow up the issue raised by the operation purchasing such as the pricing, delivery and quality.

Execute the sourcing strategy from global sourcing manager to achieve the cost saving project. Implement the purchasing department cost saving project and update monthly cost saving project for all the department into the Protrak system. Follow up with cross functions team with the item that can mitigate to other supplier that can achieve the cost saving. Prepare the monthly report such as OTD report and weekly report such as master purchase plan report and tooling purchase plan report. Sourcing the tooling and secondary process based on the supplier capability. Sourcing, price negotiation and prepare the price comparison for the RFQ. Create purchase requisition based on weekly tooling purchase plan report. Convert from PR to PO and follow up on time delivery. Rectify the issue raised by QA team if there is any rejection part for tooling and secondary process.

Create PO and follow up delivery. Follow up with QC department on the checking incoming item quality. Follow up on the rejection item with supplier and QC department. Prepare manufacturing order form to the production planner to purchase semi finish goods or material sub-out to supplier. Follow up with production planner on the material sub-out item. Arrangement with supplier material sub-out collection.

Handling Switzerland country plant :- Send RFQ to assigned supplier Create PO and follow up delivery Expedite the delivery if the BANF created under category of ZMIN, ZHOT and AOG. Responsible for DMAT list on the expedite delivery with supplier. Liaised with material planning and strategic procurement manager if there is a delivery issue with supplier. In-charge of Q-noti raised by the receiving department.

In-charge of project purchased on steel materials, fabrication items, spare part, and consumable items to set up new factory at Sepang. Source for new vendors that offer better price, quality, delivery and services. Prepare RFQ, price negotiation, and proposal for the management approval. Prepare the PO and follow up delivery with supplier according to end-user scheduled and handle any issue raised by end-user. Prepare monthly individual cost saving and cycle time report. To ensure proper filling all the documentation for audit purposes.

Sourcing for new vendor who offering the better price, delivery and service. To arrange appointment with selected vendor to bid on the civil construction project. To perform the negotiation with the vendor on item purchase and closely follow up delivery as per requested by end-user. Maintain long term relationship with the vendors and obtain the service support from suppliers. In-charge item included the fabrication item, spare part, lubricant, chemical and civil construction project.
