* Responsible for AP and AR functions * Perform checking, verifying and entering of Purchase Invoices and payments into MYOB * Received the Agents and Referral’s documents from Course Consultants, check the completeness of documents and attachments. * Prepare the payment vouchers and cheque. * Received Order Form and Receipt from Sales Department, prepare Daily Sales Report and Monthly Deferred Income Report. * Checking and data entries for Daily Sales into MYOB. * Follow up and resolve discrepancies in Invoices and Order Form promptly with internal and external parties * Check Bank Balance everyday from Internet Banking & Phone Banking for all company. * Update all the Cash Books for all the companies for amount receipts and payments * Check Bank Statements and Prepare Bank Reconciliation. * Ensure monthly processing of Profit & Loss Report. * Ensure compliance to accounting policies, procedures and internal control * Perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

* Responsible for Accounts Payable * Data entry of Invoices and payment * Prepare Bank Reconciliations * Coordination of Finance related documents for Subsidiaries * Responsible for Account Payable (Payment) for Subsidiaries * Maintain Fixed Assets * Proficiency in Navision system (8 years) * Subsidiaries: Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippine, Dubai, Korea, Vietnam.
