Report to General Manager Responsible for following operations with 220 headcount: * Nano Injection Molding * Metal Injection Molding * Plastic Injection Molding * Assembly Operation * Secondary finishing process (Spray Painting, Heat Stacking, Tempo printing etc) * Tool room (From Mold design to Tools fabrication) * Projects, Tooling, Process & Automation engineering team Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals to various departments in the organization for align with company objectives. Set KPI target, monitor scorecard performance. Analyzing and interpreting data and metrics and work on improvement to meet the goal. Prepares budgeting, controlling costs. Manage and operate the departments within the allocated budget and headcount resources. Lead and drive the department to meet the department goal and company objectives. Drive new tooling development to meet the committed schedule and resolve the engineering related issues. Initiate continuous tooling and process improvement program to achieve higher machine efficiency and quality performance. Human resources management include determining needs, hiring employees, overseeing assignment of employees and planning staff development. Develops action plans to increase efficiency, continuous improvement and reduce costs. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations. Oversee all staff welfare, training and enforce safety in workplace.

Overall in charge of Composite cap manufacturing plant in Philippines. Additional Regional role to head the engineering design and process control for the composite cap manufacturing standardization (stamping, Injection molding, Folding and Slitting) for Philippines & Thailand plants. Responsible for NPI development to production to meet Marketing & Customers requirement and also Raw material supply & Spare parts fabrication management. Implement company policies Frame work, Human resources management include determining needs, hiring, overseeing assignment of employees and planning staff development. Lead and implement SAP, ISO 9001:2008, GMP, TQM & Kaizen projects in factory.

Responsible for Molding Operation which consisted of mold design, mold fabrication, Process engineering, production, and vendor management with total 85 injection molding machines and 4 molding vendors with 42 machines load. In charge of total 64 workforce from Engineering to Production staff. Participate in NPI product and tooling design review and provide with engineering solution. Drive new tooling development to meet the committed schedule and resolve the engineering related issues. Lead and ensure the control system in place to pass the Internal audit & ISO 9000 & TS 16949 Surveillance audit. Champion in GLSS Black Belt project. Oversee all staff welfare, training and safety.

Undertake entire factory operation in 3 Production plants with total of 300 workforce; Areas of responsibilities include Production, Engineering, Secondary Assembly Operation and Facility Maintenance. Manage and operated the department within the allocated budget and headcount resources. Lead and drive the department to meet the department goal and company objectives. Participate in NPI product and tooling design review and provide with engineering solution. Lead and ensure the control system in place to pass the Internal audit & ISO 9000 Surveillance audit. Oversee all staff welfare, training and safety.

Manufacturing Manager (Molding) May 2000 to Dec 2000 Responsibilities in Molding Operation consisted of Production, Engineering and Vendor Management with total 82 injection molding machines and 6 molding vendors of average 45 machines load. In charge of total 150 workforce from Engineering to Production staff. Participate in NPI product and tooling design review and provide with engineering solution. Lead and ensure the control system in place to pass the Internal audit & ISO 9000 Surveillance audit. Oversee all staff welfare, training and safety. Manufacturing Manager (Assembly) Jun 1991 to May 2000 Responsibilities in Assembly department consisted of Production and Packing Section with total 145 automated assembly machines and 10 manual assembly lines; In charge of total 400 workforce from Engineering to Production staff. Participate in NPI product and tooling design review and provide with engineering solution. Lead and ensure the control system in place to pass the Internal audit & ISO 9000 Surveillance audit. Oversee all staff welfare, training and safety. Prior 1991, held several Technical positions such as Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Automation Designer and Tool maker in Electrical/Electronic industries
