•Implementation the procurement of activities related to: food additives and rawfood materials. •Maintain and manage purchase orders in company’s ERP system. •Schedule purchase requests and follow up upon arrival and done. Manage,develop and maintain contracts with vendors. •Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions. •Collect and check out all shipping documents from Manufactuer/ Shipper forimport customs declaration. •Analyze and evaluate supplier performance regularly. Develop supplierrelationships. Ensure supplier database is updated. •Follow up on suppliers’ invoices to ensure on-time recognition and payment. •Build, maintain relationships with suppliers’ planning and logistics department toobtain timely and accurate information. •Ensure that agreed terms and conditions, timelines and standard procedures arefollowed. •Ensure the continuity of materials and services supply. •Be responsible for cargo claim with insurance company and supplier.

•Manage order confi rmation, PO and sales contract. •Work with the issuing bank for L/C issuance. Arrange the advance payment forsuppliers in due course. •Collect and check out all shipping documents for Customs clearance. •Arrange L/C payment for bank. Settle the cargo payment directly to seller. •Coordinate inland trucks to take containers to warehouse. •Work with insurance company. Arrange local charges payment to carrier. Cargoinsurance claim. •Kind of goods: steel coil, steel plate (bulk cargo), machinery, materials.
