 Ensure all work and procedures are aligned to Client`s HSEMS and OMS System.  Facilitate a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture within company  Supervise the HSE Inspectors who are under my supervisory. Develop work plans and locations for them. Collect the daily & weekly reports from the advisors and inspectors, evaluate, filter and submit the cumulative report to client HSE Manager  Responsible to identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices  Conduct or coordinate worker training in various areas  Investigate industrial accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities  Follow up and timely closure of actions from accident or incident investigation.  Work within company policy as outlined in the HSE manual and in compliment with the Construction safety Manual, Policy, and client safety standards & procedures.  Assist corporate HSE Manager to develop a safety training plan for contractors supporting the project execution plan ensuring they are fully competent in Safety Roles.  Conduct safety audits at HO, workshop and projects sites; inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment’s to identify & correct potential hazards and to ensure safety compliance with the legal and contractual requirement To ensure availability & implementation of Permit to work system (PTW), Risk Assessment and JSA prior to any activity, play a part to become as member of risk assessment meeting and SAFER analysis  Establish and maintain emergency prevention, preparedness, response arrangement & conducting safety drills as per site requirements.  Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes. Ability to build trust and confidence with project and site Management .

•Ensure compliance against legal, OHSAS, Unilever framework and SHE Specific standards for site. •Ensure compliance with job specific HSE requirement for more than 500+ workers •Improved safety induction system for visitors and contractors •Improve reporting of leading and lagging KPIs by increasing awareness and transparency in reporting system •Conduction of emergency drills plant wide •Site safety audits, analysis and improvement actions plans monitoring •Incident Investigations and ensure actions compliance to avoid re occurrence •Training of management, operators, workers and contractors on behavioral and technical safety topics •Employee engagement by motivational drives, Reward & Recognition (Engage 500+ employees in safety week, Hand In Machine Campaign, Monthly safety theme, Safe Hand Campaign, PPEs drive, Emergency response drive, Lock out tag out campaign etc) •Improve Safety leading Indicators by focusing on quality of engagements and action closure •Revision and Implementation of Permit to Work, Lock out Tag out, Tags (Hazard) mitigation system, hot work system, Safety actions compliance system and Management of Change system •Improve behavioral safety by improving Dupont safety model (behavioral safety observations, management and deep compliance audit, planned inspection) •Ensure zero safety accident in 40+ projects •Improved contractor safety management system by training, regular audits, observations and actions •Ensure implementation of SHE Specific standards on work at height, critical pressure equipment, safe travel, electrical safety etc •Conduction of trainings for employees on topics of Fire Fighting, ERP, Ammonia Safety, Chemical Spill, Lock out tag out, PTW, PPEs, SCABA, Scaffolding Safety, Confined Space Etc •Provide management with expert guidance on standard’s requirements incident and accident investigation, resulting in safety recommendations and remedial actions to reduce risk of recurrence •Conduction and review of risk assessments.

• Development & Implementation of Process Safety (PSRM & PSM) & Risk Management plan in light of Dupont guide lines. • Preparation of HSE procedures such as Emergency Rescue Plan, Mobile usage policy at site, loading & unloading procedure, Safe Work Practices, MSA Plan, Work Permit Procedure & other HSE manuals. • Preparation of various working checklist for operating plant. • Conduct HSE Trainings of Operation & maintenance employees. • Preparation & Issuance of Safety Incident Flyers. • Monitoring of Safety D-level talk & follow up for D-level recommendations closure. • Conduct safety audits of plant site & issue audit report. • Prepare weekly & monthly safety statics of plant site & present to top management. • Administrating & formulating a comprehensive accident prevention program. • Participate in Job Safety Analysis, Pre startup Safety Review, Incident Investigation & Walk thru Audits. • Orientation of new hired employees, Contractors & Visitors. • Prepare Leading Indicators of Site & present top management. • Conduct Safety training regarding Confined Space, Work Permit, Work at height etc. • Maintain record of Management Safety Audits & follow up MSA recommendations. • Ensure Compliance & stewardship of HSE Objectives. • Maintain positive relations with Operation employees, Engineering & other functional members. • Prepare annual budgets & intermediate budgets control for quality function. • Implementation of Injury prevention plan. • Calculate man hours & TRIR of site. • Prepare report of Incident Analysis & MSA analysis half yearly.
