I served as ITIL Implementation project manager and change manager for the Division of the State Chief Information Office in South Carolina. I led the change team which included metrics and measurement, configuration management, release management and knowledge management.

Worked as a consultant for higher education institutions wishing to incorporate instructional technology into their teacher education programs.

I taught fifth grade instructing all subjects. I also coached the high school volleyball and softball teams.

In my role at the SDE, I served as the coordinator of professional development and instructional technology. I spearheaded and implemented many statewide initiatives including the South Carolina Virtual School, the South Carolina Online Professional Development Program, the ePortfolio Assessment Initiative, the Technology Curriculum Coaching Program and the five-year State Technology Plan.

I instruct the ITIL V3 Foundations course and administer the certification exam.

I currently am the Enterprise Change, Communications, and Team Lead for South Carolina's enterprise resource planning system - SCEIS(SAP).
