Provided advanced technical support for Machine Vision hardware and software solutions via phone, email, Salesforce, and remote access. Analyzed and resolved complex system-level issues involving SDKs, cameras, and integration environments. Executed QA testing for Early Access and production releases; identified and documented SW issues using the Jira platform. Collaborated with R&D to reproduce issues, validate fixes, and improve overall product stability and reliability.

During my 22 years in this position, I either took part in or was exclusively responsible for many of the projects and technical activities performed by the company. These include: ▪ Extensive projects development, customer support & technical troubleshooting with SW & HW of the company’s current & past vendors, including Matrox Imaging & Matrox Graphics, Basler, JAI, Pleora, Imperx, Chromasens, Photonfocus, Smart Vision Lights, Pentek and more ▪ In-house production-line-SW-infrastructure development for the company’s needs. Supported the company’s products (Digital Certificates based on PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) and Biometric HW solutions) with its customers.

This company (which no longer exists) produced inspection systems for CNC blades, based on Matrox Mil software. At this position I was part of the development team as a Software Developer in C Programming language.
