About

Tami Moore is an elite manager with over 20 years of experience – most of which have been spent pioneering non-profit organizations and working with “at risk” youth that are economically disadvantaged. Tami has 15 years’ experience in grant managing. Tami’s successes leading teams are rooted in her ability to connect with individuals and her genuine care for others. This is especially true for young people, who she assists by providing resources essential to success. Outside of work, Tami is a loving mother of two children, and a devoted wife to a child-at-heart husband for almost 30 years. She is also an avid animal advocate and rescuer. Within her community, Tami excels across multiple roles, including local steward, community liaison, and full-time philanthropist.

For Rapid Rehousing, I supervise a collaborative grant funded program working with recently or potentially homeless families, youth and Domestic violence victims to stablize and find housing, provide resources, extensive case management and provide rental assistance to secure permanent housing. For FAS program I manage two school site programs working with families that are homeless or potentially homeless to keep the youth engaged in school through case management, rental assistance, tutoring, and working directly with the youth and their families to stabilize and ensure student success. This includes helping find employment, education and permanent housing.
