Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the regular update of the company’s organizational chart and headcount report Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital Manage the creation and development of OD Strategy to ensure that all needed initiatives are accurately described Manage the implementation of the performance management system within the company standard objectives Maintain pay plan and benefits program within HR budget/forecast Develop Employees Succession Plans and follow up on their implementation to ensure knowledge and experiences successfully transferred Manage the investigation process and the application of the grievance policy Maintain the operational cycle in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Maintain budget spreadsheet that includes salaries, payroll process and other budget items.
