As a Chief Information Officer and advisor, I bring a wealth of global experience in digital, tech, and IT domains. My passion lies in driving corporate transformation, and one of my key strengths is identifying improvement potentials and transformation opportunities. Over the past 23 years, I have held IT executive positions within MetLife, working directly with various CEOs and being a member of the executive management team for most of that time. I have also established close business alignment and developed financial steering and value capture in collaboration with CFOs. Additionally, I have stabilized, rearchitected, decommissioned, and replaced legacy systems in highly complex organizational and business environments. One of the aspects I take pride in is building strong leadership teams and highly motivated staff based on modern leadership principles and fostering strong collaborative environments. I have managed over 150 employees (plus consultants) across all continents, handling substantial budgets.
