• Prepare and implement the annual construction department plan to support the overall strategic of company • Develop the operations department objectives and plans and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the department. • Prepare and manage the construction department budget. • Develop, implement and maintain operation policies and procedures. • Manage, develop, evaluate and lead the operation team to execute the assigned tasks. • Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineer’s architects and vendors, control the time, cost and quality of construction projects. • Participate in the tendering process in conjunction with procurement and other related departments/functions to select a sub-contractor when needed. • Supervise and work in close coordination with project managers, HSSE, and cost control to accomplish the efficient and timely completion of all construction projects, operations and maintenance requirements.

• Responsible for performance of the assigned site works. • Responsible for technical and economic control of the site. • Coordinate all activities necessary for achieving the project scope of work. • Verify and approves any request of material procurement for the project. • Resolve any problem / issue with client and/or subcontractor. • Periodic report to the Project Manager regarding the performance of the work. • Represent the company in the meetings with the client. • Organize and control the site activities. • Plan and follow up the daily work activities. • Prepare of various reports to evaluate the project progress. • Ensure the correct management of the site technical documentation and keep them updated • Prepare the reports and numbers and man-hours for every activity. • Assist in the developing, maintaining and improving the quality management system of the company. • Respect the Client Specifications, regulations and rules. • Follow up all the Quality plans and sheets according to ISO 9001:2000. • Full acknowledgment with all insulation material. • Corporate with safety staff regarding the safe working. • Lead all the man-power with zero accident target.
