* Metals bench chemistry work, sample preparation and analysis on ICP- MS/GFAAS * In charge of data processing, report writing for water, assay, trace metals lab. Strong team communication skills were necessary to compile multi analysis lab reports in a timley manner. * Responsible for documenting method QC, SPC data. * Routine work in class 100 clean room. * Work under ISO 17025/9002 standards and SOP's.

* Data analysis, qualification and report generation using various LIMS systems. Work with QA department to handle any non conformances. * In depth working knowledge of NELAC, EPA, DOD, AFCEE requirements. * Updated working SOP's to better reflect method requirements and meet client specific QAP's. * Interfaced daily with project management to meet client specific needs and turnaround times for metals department. * Management of metals department, * Sample preparation, Instrument operation according to 6020, 200.8 6010, 200.7 methods. On soil and water samples collected from the greater Washington area.

* Provided technical support for a vast number of engineers working on failure analysis projects in wet chemistry laboratory. Using knowledge in chemistry and pre-made procedures to identify problems in manufacturing processes * Worked on R&D chemistry projects, analyzed and compiled statistical data to be put to use by engineers for process development. * Preformed administrative duties for wet chemistry laboratory supporting R&D, failure analysis. * Analyzed various process chemicals in clean room for trace metals contamination.

* Daily operations of metals laboratory. Data review, qualification, report generation and processing through in house LIMS system. * Interfacing with engineers to meet factory QC needs. * Completed R&D project with constantly changing criteria, engineering meeting and status reports * Use of LIMS system for sample login and data management.
